14-Day Cancellation Right

For online purchases in the UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the item.

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required to be covered by us under applicable consumer law, the cost of returning an unwanted item may be the customer's responsibility.
